Qoheleth: Verse of the Day

 The Lord promised that one day He will fix the heart of His people . They will no longer call him master or other words of fear. They had become associated with Baal worship and thus were no longer fit to be used in the worship of Yahweh. They will finally,  truly love Him and call Him, my man or my husband, and serve Him out of  love.  The word Ishi also carries a meaning of ‘my salvation’.  What a wonderful thing to be in Love with our Lord!  What a wonderful thing for Israel to finally be totally devoted to her God! What a wonderful time when we too will be fully devoted to Him!  We can , along with them at that time, truly say for the first time honestly and with no reservations  that we love Him and will keep ourselves ONLY unto HIM. Only then will we truly, fully keep the first commandment. “and thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.” ‭‭Mark‬ ‭12‬:‭30‬ ‭KJV‬‬ htt
