Happy Thanksgiving everyone!  I’ll be taking a break Thursday to enjoy the blessings of life with my family.  Praying you are able to celebrate it and remember no matter what ails you, there are still many blessings you have received and are receiving from the Lord!

 In our culture, the words luck and chance are used a lot. Lives are lived by statistics. Some folks won’t leave the house if they horoscope says to stay home. This verse along with many other principles in the Bible, tells us that there’s no such thing as chance. The Lord directs all Things for those who are His.. The word lucky should be removed from the Christians vocabulary.  Rabbits feet and horseshoes are all superstitious nonsense.  Prayer should proceed everything, and lucky charms should be left to cereal.
