Mills Falls Wherever I go, I am drawn to water.   It is the stuff of life.  I love waterfalls.  Their beauty always gives me a sense of deep satisfaction.  God is an amazing designer!  What a great thing He has blessed us with.  Not only do we get to enjoy drinking this amazing stuff that consists of 2 Hydrogen atoms and 1 Oxygen atom, but we also get to enjoy watching it as it falls, twists, and winds its way down to the ocean.  Along the way and after its arrival we are blessed with the opportunity to use it to provide life, cleansing, power, and recreation.  All it really has to do is be there for us to drink and to carry off our waste, but it does so much more.  That is the kind of God that have.  He doesn't just do the basics. He goes above and beyond in everything that He does for us.  Take His love for us as an example. He didn't just love us and leave it at that.  He provided His only begotten Son as a sacrifice on the cross for our sins.  He died, and was raised again

“Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom. For the son dishonoureth the father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man's enemies are the men of his own house. Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.” ‭‭Micah‬ ‭7‬:‭5‬-‭7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Romans 3:19–20 (KJV):  19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.  20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

I’m so thankful for the grace of God that I have been given.  The grace of  Salvation, that I obtained when I called upon the Lord to save me.  The grace I have been given since I have become His child.  Because it is His grace that I have been given, I can also rest knowing that it will never come up short.  His grace helps us through difficult situations, to get through each day, and each task He gives us.  People sometimes ask me how I have made it through this past year of difficulties.  The answer I usually give is that I couldn’t have without the Lord, but I could also say, it is through the grace of God. “And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the pow

Today’s verse is a reminder that soon, our God will return to judge all those arrayed against Him.  His first coming was to ‘Seek and to Save that which was lost.’  Jesus did not come to condemn the first time, but to offer the only way of salvation.  He left His Church to continue the work of bringing folks the good news of Salvation in Christ and to extend the olive branch of peace.  The world as a whole rejects Christ, and His Churches.  They Seek to silence and persecute all of His ambassadors as ‘haters’ and His peace emissaries, as ‘violent.’  One day soon they will all gather together in rebellion to Him and will summarily be judged and punished for their rejection of His love and the peace He went to such extravagant lengths to offer. So if you haven’t accepted His offer of peace through Jesus, won’t you please do so today?  Everyday He delays His return, is a day more that the offer of peace has been extended.  Don’t delay. If you have accepted His offer of peace and adoption
