We need to keep our eyes focused on the Lord and when things get very scary (and believe me, they will) we need to redouble our efforts to keep our eyes Anna trust in Him! Whatever the situation, you can rest assured, knowing; He Knows, He Cares, and He’s there with you. When we remember He has asked us to cast our cares upon Him, and to trust Him. When we remember He has promised never to leave us, or forsake us, and that He cannot lie. We need to let go and rest in His promises. It’s definitely not easy, but it’s also not as hard as we think.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas this year. So thankful that several years ago, the Lord gave me the best gift I could have asked for, the salvation of my soul. Such an underserved gift, but one given to me by God because of His great love. Not because of what I was, but in spite of what I was. The only thing that I had to do to receive it was to admit I was a sinner (not hard to prove) , and that Jesus (God in the flesh) came to live a sinless life and to die on the Cross for my sin and the sin of all the world. So grateful to be one of the “whosoever” will. Thank you Father God, for the gift of your son, and for your Mercy and Grace! If you want to know Jesus as your savior, all you have to do is ask! Most things in life are dependent on who you are, or who you know. How much money or education you have? Where you are from, or what color you are? What you have done, or what you can do? Whether you are docile, or aggressive? How tall you are, or what sex you are? S

GUILE , noun gile. Craft; cunning; artifice; duplicity; deceit EVIL 2556 kakós (an adjective, and the root of 2549 /kakÃa , "inner malice") – properly, inwardly foul , rotten ( poisoned ); (figuratively) inner malice flowing out of a morally-rotten character (= the "rot is already in the wood"). The word evil here refers to all types of evil that can be spoken. A positive way to say this is found in Ephesians 4:29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. We fool ourselves into thinking it is ok to talk about someone judgmentally, if the thing we are saying is ‘true.’ The truth is, unless we are saying that thing to build up the person, or to try to help in the situation, we are truly just telling it to delight ourselves in gossip. We edify ourselves in effect stating how much better we are than the person we are talking about. We also put ourse

Whereas it is the duty of all Nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits, and humbly to implore His protection and favor, and whereas both Houses of Congress have by their joint Committee requested me "to recommend to the People of the United States a day of public thanksgiving and prayer to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many signal favors of Almighty God especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness. Now therefore I do recommend and assign Thursday the 26th day of November next to be devoted by the People of these States to the service of that great and glorious Being, who is the beneficent Author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be. That we may then all unite in rendering unto Him our sincere and humble thanks, for His kind care and protection of the People of this Country previous to their becoming a Nat

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I’ll be taking a break Thursday to enjoy the blessings of life with my family. Praying you are able to celebrate it and remember no matter what ails you, there are still many blessings you have received and are receiving from the Lord! “Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. Quench not the Spirit.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-19 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/1th.5.16-19.KJV

In our culture, the words luck and chance are used a lot. Lives are lived by statistics. Some folks won’t leave the house if they horoscope says to stay home. This verse along with many other principles in the Bible, tells us that there’s no such thing as chance. The Lord directs all Things for those who are His.. The word lucky should be removed from the Christians vocabulary. Rabbits feet and horseshoes are all superstitious nonsense. Prayer should proceed everything, and lucky charms should be left to cereal.

“Praise ye the LORD. Praise ye the LORD from the heavens: Praise him in the heights. Praise ye him, all his angels: Praise ye him, all his hosts. Praise ye him, sun and moon: Praise him, all ye stars of light. Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, And ye waters that be above the heavens. Let them praise the name of the LORD: For he commanded, and they were created. He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: He hath made a decree which shall not pass. Praise the LORD from the earth, Ye dragons, and all deeps: Fire, and hail; snow, and vapours; Stormy wind fulfilling his word: Mountains, and all hills; Fruitful trees, and all cedars: Beasts, and all cattle; Creeping things, and flying fowl: Kings of the earth, and all people; Princes, and all judges of the earth: Both young men, and maidens; Old men, and children: Let them praise the name of the LORD: For his name alone is excellent; His glory is above the earth and heaven. He also exalteth the horn of his people, The praise of all hi
